The offered Accredited Learnerships, Skills Programmes, PIVOTAL programmes and aligned BBBEE and Human Capital Programmes would greatly benefit, and will offer ahigh value add to agencies. Particularly the small and medium sized agencies who would not have to appoint full time specialist staff, including trainers, skills development facilitators, transformation managers or expensive consultants, to comply with and achieve all of the above.

More about the Trainer:


Preggy Chetty is currently a Director with Thuthukisa. He is a Human Capital specialist with extensive corporate and government experience.

He has worked at senior levels, within various organisations and has implemented a range of strategic interventions to maximise people & organisational development, as well as to enhance bottom line returns.

His organisational roles include senior manager and head of department positions  in the HR and Training & Development divisions of the following large corporate organisations: Scaw Metals; Murray & Roberts; Mondi; Deloitte Consulting, City Power and Rand Water. Preggy is a Chartered HR Professional with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), and he holds the following qualifications: BCom (Human Resources); BCom(Honours) (Human Resources Development); Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration &  Advanced Programme in  Labour.
